| I first came to the Pacific
Northwest in the Winter of 1997 after graduating from Michigan
State University, where I received a degree in History. The
flight west was more a matter of "following" than one of
"pioneering" as I primarily moved to be close to my biggest
love, Beth. After only a short stay amidst the beauty and splendor
of the Pacific Northwest, we knew that Portland was where we wanted
to stay.
